Day to day life can get pretty stressful, and lately stress has had a big impact on many UK households.

Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the entire country, with more than 65,000 deaths and more than 2.6million people claiming unemployment benefits leaving thousands of homes suffering financially ā€“ it’s not a leap to say that people of the UK are in dire need of some stress relief.

While it’s going to take some time before things feel normal again, it’s important that we don’t neglect ourselves and let that stress bubble out of control. So here are nine ways to beat the stress at home and stay safe.
