Introducing the UK’s first truly stain-resistant sofa — and they’re stylish too

Spring is on the way, generally a time we clear out the old and bring in the new and we’ve spotted a brand-new sofa collection, featuring the UK’s first “truly stain-resistant fabric” which is now available and exclusive to Furniture Village for a fantastic season buy.

Launching in-store and online in January, the collection includes three stylish sofa ranges: Brady, Simpson and Griffin as well as a storage footstool, Geller.

Mark Reynolds Retail Buyer at Furniture Village said: “Technology is transforming the way that we live but there will always be messy children, messy adults and messy paws.

“Our research has revealed that two thirds of UK parents and pet owners currently own a sofa that has been stained by a child or an animal and that 64% are putting off buying the furniture they actually want until their children have left home.

“We’re delighted to be able offer UK’s first stain-resistant fabric to our customers as part of the exclusive LivingProof collection. Designed for real life and ready for anything, our customers are now able to get the most out of their sofas without having to compromise on style or colour.”

The LivingProof collection included tried-and-test stain-resistant technology that prevents stains from attaching to the individual fibres of the fabric meaning most spills will just roll off and those that don’t can be removed using a quick and easy cleaning process.

Available in a number of sizes from a two-seater to four-seater, the collection also carries an array of beautiful fabrics, making it easy to tailor to an individual space.

This stain-resistant sofa collection can be viewed both in stores and online, with prices starting from £795 for a chair and £1,295 for a sofa.
